Today it is very important to be informed about the opportunities that are provided to us. As we know, the availability of information is becoming more and more extensive, and we and our development need only a good will and desire for knowledge. In this work, I will bring closer the types of credit opportunities and what consumer rights bring us. The emergence of many types of loans opens up the possibility of choice and usability for purposes that we choose. Apart from personal needs, loans also serve us for economic growth and development, so I will show their importance because they are an important financing instrument. Of course, everything has its advantages and disadvantages, so I will show a real mutual situation. We are also interested in how much people really know about their capabilities in this work so I conducted a survey to do an analysis. When we talk about consumer rights, they provide us with protection and security so when we spendiing our financial resources we are protected from unfair situations and unfair competitors, they take care of consumers. In our time one of the important things is to be well informed about the possibilities that surround us. With financial support and protection ourselves as consumers with good information we can invest very well in the quality of life. People today use a variety of loans to invest in their future and ensure a beautiful and quality life, but how much they really know about them I will try to explain through the work. The aim of this work is to explain how loans work, how we can become creditworthy and how to deal with the rights that every consumer has. Also through the analysis of the obtained survey I will show how much my respondents really knew about loans and their opportunities even though everything is very accessible to them.
