Roundabouts are roundabouts with specific design characteristics and a way of controlling traffic. These characteristics include: a sign of a side direction on the approaches, the leakage of high-traffic traffic flows, a channeled approach, the adequate shaping of the curve to achieve speeds in circular lanes that are generally less than 50 km / h. Unlike classic rectangular intersections, roundabouts have a smaller number of conflicting points, ie they have four points of interference and four points of intersection, while with classic rectangular intersections there are 32 points of conflict or 32 points of intersection of traffic flows. The final paper describes the roundabouts in the area of the town of Slavonski Brod. The process of construction of these intersections, which has been going on for 10 years and is still ongoing due to the future planning and development of the city, is visible in terms of traffic regulation and positive changes that such arrangement has contributed to the city.
